A refrigerated container, also known as a reefer container, is an insulated container equipped with a refrigeration unit. This allows it to be used for transporting or storing goods at a preset temperature. These containers are available in various sizes, all equipped with a suitable refrigeration unit from brands such as Carrier, Thermoking, or Daikin. The interior is made of stainless steel. While other refrigerated containers have a T-floor, a 45ft High Cube Pallet Wide container always has a flat floor.

The temperature setting of the reefers can be adjusted between -25 and +25 degrees Celsius. This makes refrigerated containers applicable for nearly any situation. Before departure, all containers are repaired and painted, after which the mechanical inspection takes place. During this, the refrigeration unit is inspected, and any necessary parts are repaired or replaced.
